Belo is very accommodating. When we have clinics that aren't performing as well as we would like or we need to boost awareness in a certain area, they're very good about giving us recommendations on where we should allocate that money for each clinic and how to do so. They're also good about giving us a set budget, or we give them a set budget and they stay within that. They have touch points every month, we have a phone meeting every quarter, and we have a regular in-person meeting with them with the full team here. Belo is very accommodating and easily accessible.

However, the developer we were assigned to worked his tail off and he tried very hard and had a great attitude throughout. It was just the leadership of the company who really overcommitted and over-promised but under-delivered. It put the developer in a tough position, but he was really knowledgeable and good at communicating what was going on.
