Designli was always on time and responded to any of my questions within 24 hours. Moreover, they were consistent with the deliverables, and they completed each one before the next meeting. We had weekly phone calls and, at times, even almost daily phone calls to talk about the process. I even had phone and text conversations with the owner, and we had Zoom calls as well. I've only worked with another potential provider who didn't exactly do what Designli did. Still, the main difference between Designli and that person was the one-on-one collaboration with Designli's owner.

Their team performs quite well. There's a lot of transparency and they offer great feedback. I receive weekly updates with specific hour breakdowns on what's happened and what's to come. We communicate on a variety of apps. I’m in contact with Designli every day or every other day. We talk through any updates I've requested or their recommended changes. I can always go back to them if I want to do something different. It's been very much a collaborative process. They're able to make suggestions for items that I wasn't initially considering.

The project management has been excellent. AnnexCore met all of our deadlines. We use Basecamp to organize our work, create to-do lists, and send messages back and forth. Aside from that, we also interface through email and video calls. Finding a time to meet is a bit tricky because of the time zone difference, but they don’t let that hinder them. It’s easy to communicate with Phil. He’s been running a very collaborative process. They’re always available to make updates and roll them out in a timely fashion.

It was worth the investment in every way. Before we finalized the site, I sent it to peers and received very positive feedback on the quality of the site. Since we launched the site, I’ve had 2–3 new clients find me through the site, comment on its aesthetic, and book me. Matt likely could’ve completed the website even faster if not for delays on my end. I slowed him down at times because I didn’t have all of the site content ready when they needed it. They came in slightly under budget, and the process was overwhelmingly efficient and organized. When he sent me the scope of work and a detailed breakdown of each individual site page, I was shocked at his unbelievably organized process. Their professionalism and organization stood out so much. I didn’t even consider another provider after I spoke with Matt. If I ever need web development services again, they’re my first and only call.

The results have been excellent. In the dairy industry in Canada, there are hardly any mobile applications available. We're one of the first companies, with the help of Shockoe, to make an app available to our clients. In Canada, there are roughly 11,000 total dairy clients, of which around 9,000 are with us. From those 9,000 clients, we have 1,600 clients that are using the application. If we compare that to other services that we offer, that's pretty high. The results, the comments, and the remarks that we got back from our clients have been very positive. I should add that when I mentioned we have 9,000 clients, not all those clients actually are in possession of a smartphone, so they don't even all have the possibility of using the application. If you consider which clients really have the ability to use the application, you're looking at somewhere around 60 percent of our total clientele. So, the percentage of clients that are using our app is pretty high.
