Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was a total failure trying to work with Woodbows

I paid for Woodbows and was promised an Account Manager within 24 to 36 hours. Guess what? After collecting my money, I NEVER heard from this company again. I waited the 36 hours, no contact from them. Then 48 hours. Still no contact. I followed up - no reply. 72 hours - nothing from Woodbows. No calls (they have my number), no follow up email, no update, no Account Manager.

At this point, i knew something was wrong. Now, many days after payment, I am still waiting and trying to figure out my next steps. In the meantime, i felt it was important to warm others about this terrible experience. Don't trust this company or believe anything you read on their website (they claim to get you up and running in 1 day). As my experience shows, this is a lie and a fraud. I had high hopes in this company.

In the end, my time has just been wasted and I was ripped off. If you need remote staff, keep looking elsewhere. Woodbows is not to be trusted.

Triniter BPO is doing a good job. They’ve given us a lot of ideas on how to manage the files. Our clients are totally satisfied with their work, and we’ve gotten more clients as a result.

They often finish before the deadlines, and they tell us in advance when a job will take longer to complete. They’re pretty calculated and know how much time they need for the work. We prefer to communicate through phone calls, but we also use email.

They’re a very dedicated team — they always give us suggestions to improve the work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re good to work with.  

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Triniter BPO is a good option for data entry work. They prepare the files fully on their end, so I don’t have any suggestions in this sense.

At the beginning of the project, we had a couple of calls. Since then, we communicate as needed. They give us regular updates, and we schedule meetings if we need anything more.

WoodBows provided virtual assistants who worked on data processing transactional parts. They had to process multiple transactions from different source files then enter results into a CRM system.

The process has been quite simple. First, we select the plan, and they explain the services that are going to be offered. They then assign a virtual assistant for us within 48 hours of our initial discussion. They take on the work the same day we assign them to an account.

WoodBows’ virtual assistants are extraordinarily good in terms of gathering requirements and working towards the project. They made sure that our first project was a successful and quality closure. They were also ahead of time on their delivery.

We got an excellent solution and were able to deliver it to our client on time. They’ve met 99.95% of the service level agreements.

We were able to track the progress daily. Their project management is top-notch. We communicate via email and phone. If we need clarification or have questions, they respond quickly. They are customer-focused.

We were using a software to track our clients billing and communications related to billing. At some point, it became a hassle to track the billing related follow ups. We did a research on Google. We found a two or three articles talking about Triniter BPO as the best app developer in India. We not only contacted them. We contacted three others too. However, Triniter BPO sales guy asked the right questions and they are nearby which is why we selected this company.

Once we finalize them, their on boarding manager called us and explained the process. We then talked to the app development team and laid out our requirements. We then had a weekly meeting discussing the progress.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome was very well. In the past, there guys working on tracking clients payments and sending reminders. Currently, our app does it automatically and it is working 24/7. Since our clients also has this app, they can just login and make the payment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team lead is such a talented guy. He calls us literally every morning and update the progress real quick. We didn't have to follow up even once to see what's the status of our app.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The main attractive feature of our app is, it never any problem or not even a single crash so far. The AI feature automatically detect type of payment and for which plan it is being made. I don't know how they do it and it saved us a bunch of headaches.

I visited their office. They might want to upgrade their OS to the latest version and three monitor would be great too.

Clients come to us with their websites if they want to make any updates or changes. We have over 2,000 clients. We are getting emails all the time so we decided we’d like to have an app where they could go to their profile, log their service request, and our technicians could go in and check it out.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our iOS and Android app. It’s also on Windows. We have app developers in-house as well. We were really clear about what we wanted, how the app should look, and what the functions should be. We gave them a hand sketch of how the app should look when they log in and when they get into the app as well.

They created an in-progress status, completed status, we need more information status, etc. There are different things that need to be taken care of on the websites. We both came up with a plan and we were pretty clear with what we wanted.

There were three people including an app developer, a project manager, and another person. Later, we had a UX/UI person and a marketing person so we could use our app for marketing purposes as well.

We did an online search and found different software companies. There was an article on Triniter BPO and that they were the best. They weren’t the only ones that we contacted, though; we got quotes from all the companies and Triniter BPO was pretty reasonable. They asked the right questions when we talked to their salesperson.

In the past, it would take three hours to resolve a client’s web issue because we’d have to respond to them through email and they’d get back to us. Since the app, it came down to 3-4 minutes. They sent a query and our person would get notified and then get right to fixing it. It has had a great impact. We’ve been able to help more clients; it’s a lifesaver for us.

How did Triniter BPO perform from a project management standpoint?

They said it’d take 1 ½ years but they were able to finish it within a year thanks to their project manager. He talked with us and updated the status every day. We would just call the project manager. If we didn’t call, he would call us in the morning and update us quickly on what was going on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their cost was impressive. We got quotes from a few different companies. They were more affordable. They also asked the right questions. They knew what they were doing. They’re a good company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve. I’ve only talked to four people in the company and those four people are really good.

Tell them exactly what you want. They’ll get it done for you. You can talk to their project manager as much as you want. He will help you out and get the work done for you.

When we install a silo and piping system, there are million of things that can go wrong. Also, our clients will have bunch of questions at the beginning. So, we wanted to hire quality professionals to take care of our customer support.

We simply researched top BPO companies. There are quite a number of websites named Triniter BPO at the top position such as Time Doctor and GoodFirms to name a few. So, we requested for RFQ from them.

After we installed a silo for our clients in Chennai and Yorkshire, UK we needed customer support professionals to take care of clients' questions. At first, we hired a different company which didn't go well. So, we did a lot of research on the internet and selected Triniter. From the beginning itself, they proved that we selected the right company. The clients were happy to have them on board as well.

They have their staffs working 24/7 obviously as we needed 24/7 support. Each team has a manager and director who will take care of the higher-level management for us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I can say, they personally saved me a lot of headaches. Because, every time something went south, the client used to call me and our team before we took Triniter on board. So, we had to make a special trip to see what was the issue and how we can solve them. However, when we hired Triniter, their engineering BPO team learned about our entire process within 30 days. We evaluated them for about two months. The clients gave us an excellent feedback about their work.

At first, we took them in our office just to make sure they are doing a good job. Their manager Mario is dedicated and took care of our projects like his. When we had a little hiccup in the process, we just called Mario and he took care of them for us mostly within a day.

Their honesty and dedication. As I mentioned, before we took them on board, we tried a lot of different companies. So, I can say the honesty and dedication they showed was no match for others.

Their support team may need to take some rest once in a while. I have seen their manager working 24 hours straight once.

We had seasonal offers where we obtained a lot of sales so there was a lot of communication that was flooding in. We needed to hire someone to handle the customer support for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided email and chat customer support services. They had chat support from 8am-5pm EST. Part of their responsibility was to make sure their agents were available during that time. During the holidays, we also made that seven days a week. They even worked from Monday-Sunday and supported this project.

They had four customer support people and one team leader. There was a project manager as well.

They were referred to us by a friend.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did well. Initially, when I handed it off, we had a lot of escalations and backlogs in terms of responses from the customers that did a lot of shopping through our platform. It was very challenging for them when they took on the complete project but, eventually, it was stabilized in a couple of days and they did really fantastic.

They helped out throughout the process. We’ve paused it now and have minimal contacts — we’re waiting for Thanksgiving and Christmas and we’ll start up with them again.

How did Triniter BPO perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very proactive. We had instances where they questioned us and, in terms of refunds, they laid out a process. Their communication was very effective. Whenever we called the team lead, they made sure they were available. Their responsiveness in the services they provided was excellent. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were really approachable, flexible, and added a lot of value to us. Anytime we had changes in policies, they easily adapted. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could increase bandwidth because we make regular requests. Sometimes we need 3–4 members added to the team during the high volume. They should be prepared to scale up. In the past, they were able to meet our expectations though.

They’re a good place to choose if you’re looking for good customer service or call center service. I recommend them and would vouch for them.

We hired three people from Triniter initially, to test them out. We hired 10 more people after a few months.

We came to know about them through an article listing a top 10 of BPO companies. Triniter was in second place, and they had affordable pricing.

The cost for 2020 will be around $70,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

They were already working for the company when I joined. I assume Triniter started in October 2019. The collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have to talk to clients anymore, so we can focus on just the technical side of our business. We measure Triniter’s performance through client retention rate and other KPIs.

Our client retention started increasing after working with them. Compared to a year ago, we’re up by around 500%. We run client satisfaction surveys with a five-star system, and we usually score more than four stars.

How did Triniter BPO perform from a project management standpoint?

Triniter provided an account manager that handles their team on our behalf. He gives us daily reports on what they’re doing and how many calls they've made.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We tried working with one other BPO provider, but we discontinued the relationship because our client retention rate wasn’t going up. We measure Triniter’s performance based on the results we get, and I’d say they’re doing a fabulous job.

They’re really polite and have a systematic approach. Whoever answers the call will  handle issues uniformly. They’ll ask how they can help and get all the details in order. The procedure Triniter has in place is exactly what we need, and it’s likely why we have a high retention rate.

I can’t think of anything. They’re doing their best.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Their main strength is on the support side. Clients going to them should give clear instructions on what they want. Triniter closely follows the procedures we gave them.
