We offer support services to telecom companies.
What challenge were you trying to address with Triniter BPO?
We went to Triniter BPO for IT support. We have an internal IT team but don’t have sufficient people.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Triniter BPO mostly offers remote desktop support for our employees. We call them whenever we have an issue, such as generating reports with Microsoft Excel. They have a standard operating procedure for handling issues.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with 40–50 of their employees across the five-year relationship. Mario (COO) and Stephen (Operations Manager) are our main points of contact.
How did you come to work with Triniter BPO?
We found them online and had a conversation with Mario. Their offer seemed promising, so we went ahead with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested between $20,000–$25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them around May 2015, and the work is ongoing.

We’ve been using Triniter BPO for a long time and all our employees like their work. That’s why we’re continuing to use their services. They’re available whenever we need them.

We mainly use email and schedule calls with them as needed. Our team works between 9–6 our time but they extend their service beyond this. We primarily use English to communicate.

Please describe your company and your position there.
It is a silo manufacturing company with projects running in the Yorkshire, UK, India and Scotland. I was a senior design engineer managing the projects in the UK and India.
For what projects/services did your company hire Triniter BPO?
We wanted engineering customer support professionals to take care of our clients in the UK and India. So, we hired Triniter after a long-interview process. Turns out we became a long-term business partners ever since.
What were your goals for this project?
When we install a silo and piping system, there are million of things that can go wrong. Also, our clients will have bunch of questions at the beginning. So, we wanted to hire quality professionals to take care of our customer support.
How did you select Triniter BPO?
We simply researched top BPO companies. There are quite a number of websites named Triniter BPO at the top position such as Time Doctor and GoodFirms to name a few. So, we requested for RFQ from them.
Describe the project in detail.
After we installed a silo for our clients in Chennai and Yorkshire, UK we needed customer support professionals to take care of clients' questions. At first, we hired a different company which didn't go well. So, we did a lot of research on the internet and selected Triniter. From the beginning itself, they proved that we selected the right company. The clients were happy to have them on board as well.
What was the team composition?
They have their staffs working 24/7 obviously as we needed 24/7 support. Each team has a manager and director who will take care of the higher-level management for us.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I can say, they personally saved me a lot of headaches. Because, every time something went south, the client used to call me and our team before we took Triniter on board. So, we had to make a special trip to see what was the issue and how we can solve them. However, when we hired Triniter, their engineering BPO team learned about our entire process within 30 days. We evaluated them for about two months. The clients gave us an excellent feedback about their work.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
At first, we took them in our office just to make sure they are doing a good job. Their manager Mario is dedicated and took care of our projects like his. When we had a little hiccup in the process, we just called Mario and he took care of them for us mostly within a day.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their honesty and dedication. As I mentioned, before we took them on board, we tried a lot of different companies. So, I can say the honesty and dedication they showed was no match for others.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Their support team may need to take some rest once in a while. I have seen their manager working 24 hours straight once.

I’m the COO of Tweedmag.org, an online sales platform where we sell electronic products. We sell books from multiple authors and a lot of electronic gadgets from Amazon.
What challenge were you trying to address with Triniter BPO?
We had seasonal offers where we obtained a lot of sales so there was a lot of communication that was flooding in. We needed to hire someone to handle the customer support for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They provided email and chat customer support services. They had chat support from 8am-5pm EST. Part of their responsibility was to make sure their agents were available during that time. During the holidays, we also made that seven days a week. They even worked from Monday-Sunday and supported this project.
What is the team composition?
They had four customer support people and one team leader. There was a project manager as well.
How did you come to work with Triniter BPO?
They were referred to us by a friend.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $1,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement ran from January 2019–April 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They did well. Initially, when I handed it off, we had a lot of escalations and backlogs in terms of responses from the customers that did a lot of shopping through our platform. It was very challenging for them when they took on the complete project but, eventually, it was stabilized in a couple of days and they did really fantastic.
They helped out throughout the process. We’ve paused it now and have minimal contacts — we’re waiting for Thanksgiving and Christmas and we’ll start up with them again.
How did Triniter BPO perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very proactive. We had instances where they questioned us and, in terms of refunds, they laid out a process. Their communication was very effective. Whenever we called the team lead, they made sure they were available. Their responsiveness in the services they provided was excellent.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were really approachable, flexible, and added a lot of value to us. Anytime we had changes in policies, they easily adapted.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could increase bandwidth because we make regular requests. Sometimes we need 3–4 members added to the team during the high volume. They should be prepared to scale up. In the past, they were able to meet our expectations though.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re a good place to choose if you’re looking for good customer service or call center service. I recommend them and would vouch for them.

Our team focuses on the technical side of WordPress, and we needed help with customer support.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Triniter picks up the call whenever a client gets in touch with us. They ask about technical issues, note down website login information, and pass them down to us.
What is the team composition?
We hired three people from Triniter initially, to test them out. We hired 10 more people after a few months.
How did you come to work with Triniter BPO?
We came to know about them through an article listing a top 10 of BPO companies. Triniter was in second place, and they had affordable pricing.

The cost for 2020 will be around $70,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
They were already working for the company when I joined. I assume Triniter started in October 2019. The collaboration is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We don’t have to talk to clients anymore, so we can focus on just the technical side of our business. We measure Triniter’s performance through client retention rate and other KPIs.
Our client retention started increasing after working with them. Compared to a year ago, we’re up by around 500%. We run client satisfaction surveys with a five-star system, and we usually score more than four stars.
How did Triniter BPO perform from a project management standpoint?
Triniter provided an account manager that handles their team on our behalf. He gives us daily reports on what they’re doing and how many calls they've made.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We tried working with one other BPO provider, but we discontinued the relationship because our client retention rate wasn’t going up. We measure Triniter’s performance based on the results we get, and I’d say they’re doing a fabulous job.
They’re really polite and have a systematic approach. Whoever answers the call will handle issues uniformly. They’ll ask how they can help and get all the details in order. The procedure Triniter has in place is exactly what we need, and it’s likely why we have a high retention rate.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything. They’re doing their best.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Their main strength is on the support side. Clients going to them should give clear instructions on what they want. Triniter closely follows the procedures we gave them.
