We employed Kexxel BPO to conduct customer service surveys for our clients for over 100 of our regular clientele. Services included a report and detailed analysis.

The team completed the task before the deadline. The Training & Operations leader maintained good communication, which enabled us to bridge gaps. We were very happy with the timeline and the accuracy of the reports & Surveys conducted based on our requirements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication between the Kexxel BPO team and our team was fluid. What impressed me the most was that the team worked beyond the regular hours, as some of our clients were based out of the country. We were also very happy that they completed the project before the timeline as we gave them a very narrow timeline.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kexxel BPO could have done differently?

As the project was completed with accuracy and speed we have no major issues. Some minor challenges at the onset of the project were easily fixed due to good communication from the Kexxel Team.We will probably use them againfor our next survey.
