KamelBPO is a Canadian-owned offshore staffing and business process outsourcing company based in Clark, Philippines. Founded in 2017, we help businesses build dedicated, full-time teams that work as an extension of their own operations. Our experience includes enterprise travel sales and customer service, online education staffing, back-office and data-entry work, technical support, finance and accounting, and engineering support. We support smaller businesses as well as larger operations. One enterprise travel operation has 121 rostered positions spanning sales, customer service, ticketing, management, training and quality. Our online-education work includes a contracted scope of 50 teaching positions, with deployment underway. We also provide specialist roles such as bilingual technical support, drafting and architecture, accounting and healthcare coordination. KamelBPO began with one desk in a small apartment in Clark, Philippines, and a belief that offshore staffing could be more accountable, transparent, and human. Founder and CEO Kurt Allen built the company without outside investors, drawing on his experience as an employee, consultant, client, and business owner. Today, KamelBPO is a growing North American-owned company that remains founder-led, hands-on, and guided by three values: Humble, Hungry, Honest.

Kurt Allen is the Founder and CEO of KamelBPO. A Canadian entrepreneur, he began his career in online media buying before entering outsourcing. Having worked as an employee, consultant, client, and owner, Kurt brings a rare, hands-on BPO perspective.

Our work includes enterprise travel sales and operations, with 121 rostered positions covering 41 sales staff, 41 customer service operators, 31 ticketing and back-office staff, and 8 management, training and quality roles. In online education, we have a contracted scope of 50 teaching positions, with deployment underway. Specialist staffing also includes a five-person technical-support team with bilingual capability, six data-analysis roles, and drafting and architecture roles.
