I am the Data Operations Lead ofan AI company.

Element has found us incredible operations and CAD specialists to work on our AI programs. They worked closely with us to hone the skill profile we needed, then gave us a team that was able to learn and incorporate AI tools (GPT, solidworks, custom tools and Claude agents) to streamline the data work behind our AI — structuring real-world, high-complexity data into usable AI training data, in a fraction of the time. That's meant my team can actually use their brains on the hard problems that used to come straight to me, and use their skills for real impact. We consolidated more under Element from a host of contractors and vendor services because of their consistently superior candidates and performance and excellent managerial partnership.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Excellent project management. Each of the team members is highly accountable, and we also have an account manager who helps step in for any (rare) personnel issues that we experience, helps triage things like time off or emergencies/power outages that happen occasionally, and helps us recruit and oranize when we need additional or new types of help.

Never had an issue with timely turnarounds. Always very responsive, and the team asks great questions so they can act autonomously whenever possible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of work from Element Ops for the comparatively small price increase to other BPOs is phenomenal. We briefly had two BPOs we were working with and Element blew the other one out of the water so much that we ended up severing the other relationship to put the additional $$ into Element for a much higher output overall

Are there any areas for improvement or something Element Ops could have done differently?
