If ever I have something urgent to address, I can text them directly. I’ve never waited longer than an hour for someone to get back to me. They monitor our system daily, and I get monthly reports telling us how our computers are doing. I deal with sensitive billing and insurance, and my biggest concern is having our system compromised. They monitor it so carefully, and keep up with changes to industry requirements. I appreciate them keeping me updated to any changes we need to make.
