Each month, our security metrics continue to improve and our hit rates are consistently going lower and lower — our employees are now able to spot phishing emails and handle them appropriately, which is a great result. They also send me weekly reports of our employees' progress, which they send as links to online files to make them readily and easily accessible. A lot of other vendors that I’ve worked with just disappeared to do their work once we signed the contract, but this wasn’t the case with TPx Communications — they contact me regularly to make sure that things are going the way I wanted them to go.

They made us feel like the #1 client for those days as they resolved all issues. Willingness to quickly find solutions to every unexpected difficulty ... of which there were many. Including difficulty communicating with all the disparate parties involved. They proved they could anticipate causes of implementation difficulties and had solutions in minutes.
