      They ran the project with steady weekly check-ins and short demo cycles. Most milestones landed on schedule. When we changed priorities mid-stream (classic construction reality), they adjusted the plan quickly and explained the tradeoffs without making it a big fight. They didn’t try to force a “generic software” approach on us. The assigned project manager clearly had extensive construction management experience, so conversations were practical, RFIs, punch lists, field realities, approvals, and schedule pressure all made sense to them. That helped them shape workflows that actually fit how we run jobs.
