Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Managing Director of an engineer access solutions company that specializes in unique innovative access methods that gain safe working access to difficult and awkward locations.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hyphen Business Solutions Limited?

We hired Hyphen Business Solutions to project manage and implement a custom built CRM solution. We made this investment due to our current solution not having the capabilities that we require in order to grow.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to get a new CRM solution up and running and all internal stakeholders trained. We wanted to be able to manage projects that we are involved with/working on and be able to produce reports from this. We also wanted to be able to see reports based off our Sales teams activities.

Describe the project in detail.

We were not sure what CRM solution we wanted to invest in. Hyphen are not tied to any CRM providers so were able to give us an unbiased recommendation of which solution would work for our business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team became a part of our business and took over the stress of implementing the solution. It was really hands off for us as they did most of the heavy lifting! The implementation was a success with all of our data being transferred from out ERP solution and our existing CRM solution. Josh from Hyphen even helped clean some of the data for us, allowing our team to focus on clean data.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Hyphen carried out user training across our organisation and answered any questions we had in the weeks after the training. We are currently working with Hyphen to update all of our internal processes to better suit in the new CRM system.
