We hired them as a virtual assist team and they help with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Research projects and web development....

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A colleague had worked with them previously.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

Their big projects right now are updating our website, working in Hubspot, researching email contacts, and maintaining sales and marketing operations re: pipeline management.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

2-3 resources - owner, project lead, web dev.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've reduced our overhead for marketing by 50% by ending contracts with more expensive marketing agencies and transitioning projects to Sage.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Quite efficient -- we stay in touch via slack, share files via google drive, and are in constant communications. We have an optional weekly connect via zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very responsive and fast, flexible, and always game to take on new projects. They have yet to say "no' to a request.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All good on our end so long as the scope of projects is clear and our feedback is timely.

I am a marketing team of one, so we hired Sage BPM to support marketing and sales operations in hubspot, email marketing, linkedin research and prospecting.

Looked for a reliable, flexible, and fairly priced service provider.

Sage BPM manages ongoing marketing sales projects like lead management, MQL to SQL nurture in Hubspot management. They use Monday.com for project management/tracking deliverables, and they are available to support ad hoc requests as well.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I work with two regular points of contact (the founder and project lead), and they manage additional resources as necessary.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are still in progress re metrics with our projects but they have been reliable in their execution and proactive about getting feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have in-person syncs via zoom once a week and also communicate through slack, email and monday.com. Good communication overall re status updates and questions.

Their flexibility to accommodate a variety of projects is appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have been solid with execution, would be interested to know any of their recommendations to augment our marketing program beyond current operations.
