I'm the General Director of a nonprofit that operates around the world. I help connect and nurture smaller nonprofits through funding, support, and networking.

I am a believer in virtual assistants. However, we've had difficulties finding the right one for us in the past. Hiring was easy, but keeping the VA is hard.

I have heard good feedback from people in my network about Super Virtuals so we decided to try out their service.

After having a conversation with Super Virtuals and discussing our needs, they introduced us to one virtual assistant who immediately helped us in sorting out our database. They also have a management team who regularly checks out on us and makes sure that everything is going well.

I have an account manager who regularly communicates with me and makes me feel supported since we started working with one of their virtual assistants.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Our usual problem when running a nonprofit is data management. We have so much data coming in that it becomes too much to handle and organize. Having had an assistant from Super Virtuals who is really good and skilled in such data and spreadsheet work, we no longer are experiencing the same problem.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Weekly check-ins are being made between Super Virtuals and a member of our team to make sure that everything is in proper working order. They are also very responsive to queries and questions, and I am very pleased with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The unique aspect of this company is its support/management team. I am happy with their service — they're very responsive and quick in making decisions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would want them to consider having a different pricing structure for more complicated jobs and positions. The services they offer are good enough, but some companies including ours might require other positions that usually involve higher rates.

There was no measurable work done. Company kept making excuses to slow down their production of a finished publication.

They never delivered any results and refused to respond to requests for completion or refund.

Their claims to guarantee a minimum Grant revenue equal to or greater than the $3500 we paid them.
