What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our team has more capacity. With StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd handling routine operational work, we've been able to support more client accounts without growing our in-house team. We've also seen clear improvements in day-to-day operations:Overall, they've become a dependable part of how we operate, and we can scale without sacrificing quality.

StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd delivers on time. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd's willingness to learn our processes and work the way we do. Instead of forcing us into a generic workflow, they adapted to our standards and systems and quickly became familiar with the specifics of Amazon account work. Moreover, they're responsive and proactive. They flag issues when they spot them, not just complete assigned tasks, which is rare in an outsourced support team. That combination makes them feel less like a vendor and more like an extension of our own team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not much. The main adjustment was early in the relationship when some tasks needed more detailed instructions and a round of feedback before they matched our standards. That's normal when you bring on any new team, and StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd picked up our expectations quickly. Moreover, the time zone difference means some requests get handled overnight instead of in real time. That's usually an advantage for us, but it takes some planning for urgent same-day items.

StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd handles specific projects that our account managers assign to them. Their work includes administrative work, case management, investigative work, account surveillance, troubleshooting on Amazon, image uploads, video, and detailed content. Recently, we assigned them a bunch of inbound shipment adjustments. All I asked was for them to investigate and open cases. They did thorough, detailed investigative work, case management, and detailed tracking of the project.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd.

How did you come to work with StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd?

We found them on LinkedIn. Their pricing fit our budget, they had a great culture fit, and they had good value for the cost and expertise in our field of need.

What is the status of this engagement?

StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd is super meticulous in their work, great communicators, and don't let things slip through the cracks. The measurable result is the amount of time they've saved our account managers to stay strategic and build strategy instead of spinning our wheels on time-consuming or monotonous behind-the-scenes Amazon management work. I estimate that we save 40 hours per manager at least. Our business couldn't be as lean and profitable as it is without StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd's support. We would have needed to hire many more account managers and admin full-time and build out a much bigger team, and we've been able to stay really lean with StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd's support.

How did StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

The StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd team is always on time, and if they can't finish a project on time, they'll over-communicate about when they will get it done. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
