The measurable result is the amount of time they've saved our account managers to stay strategic and build strategy instead of spinning our wheels on time-consuming or monotonous behind-the-scenes Amazon management work. I estimate that we save 40 hours per manager at least.Our business couldn't be as lean and profitable as it is without StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd's support. We would have needed to hire many more account managers and admin full-time and build out a much bigger team, and we've been able to stay really lean with StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd's support.

The staff is not needy and can take a project based on little instructions, which is really beneficial. Their leadership team does a really good job of training their account managers, and there's always a good line of communication for more tedious or expert-level projects between their upper-level management and account managers.

I have no complaints about StaffCloud Services Pvt Ltd. It's been a huge blessing to our business, a massive value add to our clients and our account managers, and freed up our team to do what we do best: grow Amazon accounts.

• Back-Office Financial Defence: Targeted handling of PayPal and Stripe disputes to minimise chargeback losses.
• Reputation Advocacy: Active monitoring and response for all Trustpilot reviews to maintain brand sentiment.
• Training and Onboarding: As Fy! Team focused on process streamlining, Staffcloud took full ownership of onboarding new agents. All incoming Staffcloud members were onboarded by a senior Staffcloud agent, freeing Fy's senior staff to focus on escalations and higher-level decisions.

This excellence in Customer service was proven over time as Staffclouds helped Fy! move from 4.4 (later that year) to 4.6 on Trustpilot through consistent, thorough follow-up on individual cases and proactive review solicitation; directly contributing to customer retention.
• Agile Scaling: By offloading these critical tasks to dedicated Staffcloud resources, Fy!’s core leadership was able to focus entirely on post-acquisition integration and strategy.
