What I like most is that their customer service is excellent. They are easy to transact business with, even in critical situations; they will find solutions. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Outsource-Philippines could have done differently?

I am not sure if this will matter, but I think the price is increasing slightly, especially for staff with more than five years of experience. It seems like they lack the ability to easily dismiss those tenured employees.
