MyTasker has worked for my company on several major brands we've developed and countless projects within each brand. Some key deliverables have been:

• Complete brand assets (logos, styles, themes, color palettes, etc.)
• E-commerce product listing creation on Amazon, Wordpress/Woocommerce, Ebay, Etsy, etc.
• Full website building on Wordpress/Woocommerce/Elementor.
• Industry research along with lead generation data collection.

MyTasker does an excellent job with project management. Every task is first passed through a manager who assesses the task and assigns it to the most appropriate worker or team. This same manager is my personal point of contact and is always accessible to me for any and all questions. Once assigned to a specific task worker, their communication is thorough and excellent. They aren't afraid to ask questions when clarification is needed; and they communicate clearly enough for me to assess any persistent misunderstandings or miscommunications. 

They are flexible with communication style based on my needs and wishes; and we've communicated quite effectively through all of audio phone, WhatsApp texting, video meetings, and email. 

I've worked with dozens of MyTasker employees and multiple managers during my time with the company, and they have all been excellent. This is because MyTasker has a company-wide approach to consistent task management so that work style and results are not ideosyncratic across individual employees.  Any delays have always been understandable (and mostly my fault in lacking advanced planning).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

While some virtual assistance (VA) companies will set you up with 1 VA dedicated to you or your company, MyTasker has a very large number of VAs with a diverse set of specializations. This allows me to essentially pay for a "single" VA subscription, but get access to whatever VA will be most skillful to execute my specific task requests. 

MyTasker's communication and English (both written and oral) is 10/10 (better than many Americans).

The last time I inquired (over a year ago), MyTasker did not have any staff with CAD skills. However, I did work so closely with one of my VAs that I was able to teach the CAD skills that I needed for that project and utilize free software that he could locally download.

MyTasker has been supporting my work since December 2024 and I find great value in our cooperation in the past nine months so far. 

As the Executive Director of PRGN, a global network of independent communications and PR agencies, my job is versatile, ranging from admin tasks to strategic initiatives. 

This overall attitude and work approach results in a seamless cooperation allowing me to focus more and more on strategic initiatives at PRGN - which has been the intended goal of the cooperation and the biggest value for our network and its agency members.

We started small in this path together and gradually moved to bigger and bigger tasks and more responsibilities handed over to the MyTasker team. We've increased our monthly plan as MyTasker has proved to be a valuable support to PRGN's activities and we wanted to utilise this opportunity even more.

MyTasker now supports me in various tasks related to PRGN's annual member conferences, keeping internal databases up to date, communication with members on their specific needs and assistance, running our annual Awards program, do market research and support in managing PRGN's blog series, to include many but not all the areas of support.

A seamless cooperation with myTasker allows me to focus more and more on strategic initiatives at PRGN - which has been the intended goal of the cooperation and the biggest value for our network and its agency members.

I work with Imran on a daily basis and Samrat Gosh as a manager overseeing the work done for us. I highly appreciate their professional and truly supportive attitude, their short response time, and always clear communication on what to expect in the delivery of any task, both in terms of content and timing. Imran pays attention to details and is eager to find solutions to problems that occur on the way. When questions arise about a task, they are quick to communicate and ask for help to minimise chances of errors. 

We mostly communicate via email and WhatsApp and for new project briefings we regularly hold Zoom calls we record and they store to be able to check later or brief team members if others need to be involved.

The MyTasker app and website is a great support as well, to give tasks efficiently, brief the team, track status and completion as well as resources used and financials and billing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Plus the MyTasker platform gives an edge to the cooperation, it makes briefing and handing out tasks very efficient, while I can track status, completion, resources/hours used from our monthly plan and billing information and status.

Now that we are in the ninth month of cooperation, the team could be slightly more proactive in suggesting solutions to problems and issues that sometimes (not very often) arise in the process. This would further reduce my workload as I would not have to think for solutions myself.

Having said that, I truly appreciate their conservative approach and confirming steps and approaches with me first before moving forward on a new task and this truly helps minimize chances for errors.

They billed me for 6 months of service when I didn't need it. They said they would refund but did not. Then they got mad and would not stop emailing me every day asking me to remove the chargeback and telling me it was only making it take longer for me to get my refund. Then they lied to my bank. They removed 100 + hours I had paid for when I did not cancel the charge back.
