Our company uses Fusion to help streamline the data entry of the work. This includes entering applications into our system, doing proposals, starting our renewal process and helping with special projects like putting a template together.

I was not involved in the beginning of narrowing down the firms but the final decision was made based off speaking to other agents who used Fusion and confirming the quality of their work.

Our contact helps us streamline our process by doing the data work that would take our employees away from clients. Them doing things like our proposal or applications allows our team more balance in their job.

Fusion communicates weekly on feedback about who you work with and making sure to set up zooms to go over processes and questions.

They take direction fairly well. If they are doing something differently than what you want, they will listen to your direction and make the changes.

At first there is a learning curve and the time it takes them to get something done is longer than if you did it yourself but once they have the process down they do speed it up.
