We looked at several different BPO firms and Fusion stood out for their communication and management style. They're very easy to work and communicate with whenever there are issues to ensure quality.

We would provide lists of several thousand data entries that needed to be done. The team would provide a daily update on their progress as well as mark on each entry when they were completed. It was a very auditable system.

We look at multiple agencies that offer similar services aa Fusion. The ultimate deciding factor was the willingness to understand the complexity of our firm and specific needs of our clients. Also Fusion leaders were very professional and polite and easily accessible for any additional questions or concerns

This team is currently responsible for send out emails confirmation and entering data into spreadsheet for tracking of clients. I also received daily activity report and weekly summary.

Having Fusion Handel These task Have turned our turn around time from meeting to application enter by 5 days. Because of the scheduling annual review a with clients our firm have discovered addition needs and have entered at least 2 new policy disingenuous annual reviews. This has allowed me to focus more on building new associates and creating new clients.

Our VA has entered in several policies correctly, and has adapted well to any changes or corrections needed.

The workflow has been good, sometime Microsoft Meets is a little hard to navigate when sharing screens.

I'm impressed with their dedication to ensuring I was satisfied with their service, constant follow-up, and ability to appropriately help me communicate with by VA.

I would not change anything at this time, I have found them very helpful and useful for my agency.

Needed a marketing coordinator to schedule Facebook Ads, Linkedin post, build cold email lists using Apollo, and coordinate online events.

SOLUTION

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Needed a BPO agency that can fulfill the requirement and promise us a certain standard of quality. Fusion First presented multiple candidates and we ended up choosing Bharat. For us it was the commitment that there would be no downtime. And the event Bharat leaves they will be to onboard the next individual within a few days. Plus FF documents everything so makes things easier.

Monday, I was promptly contacted and signed up immediately.

We had used offshore services, based in Philippines previously with poor results. We tried Fusion, as we are able to cancel at any time. It's been 2 years, we have had the same employee, and have been very happy.

We originally started with Fusion to tackle a book roll, but found they were capable of so many additional items. We rely on them to update our management system, quoting, endorsements, and team support.

The training was so simple. The team recorded the training tasks while we demonstrated on our computers so they could review that training, should a review be necessary. We only had to review once.

Their management's commitment to a smooth transition to using their services is outstanding!

So far, the only improvement needed is our agency's own efforts in dedicating more time to introduce specific transaction protocols needed for outside staff to be 100% familiar with our systems. When a gap in knowledge is discovered, outside staff is quick to request support, learn and implement.

They worked on a challenging lower-level search for a mechanical design and controls systems engineer for an Autonomous marine vehicle company located in the Bay Area. They did a fantastic job of tackling this challenge by providing us with numerous viable candidates.

I have an project manager who oversees our research team which has is growing rapidly as we work together and recognize the value they provide.
