It was excellent. After the kickoff call, we set an interview date and a training date. We love that they were very transparent during the kickoff call and managed to set our expectations properly.

It was our first time outsourcing reps so training and communication was a bit shaky at first but their Success Team was their to always assist us that's why collaboration was very effective.

I like the quality of representatives the most and the way their pricing model works for us.
