I was please to get over 1k transactions imputted in a reasonable time frame. Charry was always on time and keep a great attitude. She was open to direction. I valued her imput. She was kind and very understanding. She also communicated in multiple ways, from email to What'sapp. 

I would untilize her again if needed. The team at CrewBloom is amazing. Very professional. The follow up and clarity on there process is second to none. I worked with Dre and Agatha. They both operated with professionalism and personality. I woul recomend CrewBloom, hands down. True value!!!

The follow-up and the sense that they genuinely cared were paramount. Everyone I spoke with and met with made me feel important.

If I had to find one area to improve on I would search hard. The specfic area of Zoho trained staff could be an area to find more candidates. I know most people us quickbooks, so to find Zoho staff might be hard, but that could add value to companies like myself who love zoho compaired to the single offering of quickbooks.

This requires balancing speed with accuracy to protect against fraudulent activity, as well as preventing backlogs of pending user submissions. A very high attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality is key to success in this role.

Support agents were hired to assist customers in various stages of their journey in our asset management software. Support agents receive calls from over 11, 000 service providers and 30,000 customer users. The agents had to learn how the software is designed and delivered to the customers. The support agents are the first line of support that the customers interact with. Each agent was provided training for 30 days.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The support agents had to step in immediately after our company had some layoffs at the first of the year. We needed immediate help. The agents show great appreciation for the opportunity. The agents had to stand alone within the first 30 days. We have a metric in place for timeliness, number of calls answered and closed out. The two support agents were able to meet and beat our previous employees by being over 50% more efficient.

The employees are timely and responsive. They carried out exhibiting our culture to customer success almost immediately. They adapted and retained knowledge and exhibited great effort to learn our software and provide real time support to our customers.

The customer success team is readily available when any issue arises. We had to temporarily terminate one of our agents. The Customer Success team was very understanding and made us feel appreciated when we were troubled by this decision. The Customer Success team was helpful in getting this technician re-hired.

Proactive bi-annual reviews would be a nice addition. We try to be as inclusive as possible with our hires but they are working in a much different time zone.

How did CrewBloom perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been great; we work mainly with Charlotte (Client Success Manager). She does a good job staying on top of everything and managing our relationship from an account management perspective. Regarding tools and communication, we normally use email, Asana, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The way they treat their contractors is outstanding; they ensure that they have meaningful time off to rest and refuel with competitive pay. This enables their contractors to bring reliable power deliveries to us and feel stable and dependent on their work.

I’d like to see them develop more expertise in terms of recruiting for revenue operations and Salesforce.

The vendor actually reached out to us, but quickly proved they were trustworthy and flexible. They also did a ton of the work on the backend for us, which other vendors were not willing to do.

It's very effective, speaking through slack and Zoom. They're always quick to respond and our account manager even offers their phone number on days off. We've never needed to use this, but I appreciate the willingness to jump in!

I find them to be very receptive to our training and any corrections we make. There haven’t been any problems with any of their people. We use a tool called Time Doctor to monitor their screen time.

We have weekly meetings to update everyone on any changes, which CrewBloom is fast to implement. They’re hardworking.

Their adaptability stands out. I was concerned there would be a lag time in bringing them up to speed, but CrewBloom was quick to assimilate into our company, catching on quicker than individuals that work in our office.
