There was a wide range of tasks involved. Backoffice Pro oversaw all administrative tasks from start to finish, including managing internal records, processing data sets connected to our IoT initiatives, creating reports for stakeholders and management, organizing vendor-related documentation, and assisting with compliance-related tasks.  Additionally, they created organized processes that reorganized previously disorganized regions.  Error-free documentation, timely vendor and client report submission, faster data input procedures, and an understandable knowledge-sharing system that increased our internal teams' productivity were among the main outcomes.

Gym Generation is a gymnastics center in Poland created by Alexandra and Tatiana. At the present moment, we have 2 gyms in Warsaw with 5 age groups for kids aged 4 months to 12 years. Our true belief is that in order to have healthy body development, you require both physical exercises and good nutrition. It is our responsibility as parents to help our kids be more confident, curious, patient and fit so that they will have a greater advantage within their generation in the future. We don’t need to create a generation of elite child athletes to achieve these health benefits. The goal is simply to get kids up and moving, and keep them moving. Little changes can make a big difference!

The main achieveables that we got included enhanced data sanity, reduced time to transact business in respect for administration and simplified business processes that were aligned with our customer lifecycle
