The team is very trained. They have the same information about the roofing business as our specialist, who goes on-site. That’s their biggest strength. They even close deals over the phone, which is normally done by a specialist after visiting the site and giving a detailed inspection of the roof.

They are also quick. As soon as they land, they try to call the leads within a few seconds, which helps us convert more deals into inspections and estimates.
