We needed help with appointment scheduling. Our primary need was to find a reliable team that could qualify leads and set up meetings with serious prospects.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Appointment Setter Online provides appointment setting and sales outsourcing services. We initially scheduled a meeting with their CMO, and after a couple of meetings, they introduced their team, including team leads, appointment setters, and closers. After onboarding, we provided them with product knowledge and trained their appointment setters. After that, they started working on our product and making appointments.
After a couple of months, their closers were ready to close deals. Now, they handle everything from appointment setting to closing the deal. They help us with appointment setting and closing sales. They convert appointments to sales as well.
They use almost all channels to reach out to prospects, including emails, chats, and phone calls.

We started with one appointment setter during the trial phase. After two weeks, we onboarded two more appointment setters. After two months, we onboarded one closer, and after 1.5 months, we onboarded another closer.
