We have contracted Adentcom to do the appointment setting for our clients.  When we don't have the necessary employee bandwidth, Adentcom can supply a business development agent with excellent English skills.  Their performance and service were excellent, as expected, and we were able to deliver the results our clients requested.

We were able to work with a Business Developer agent who had excellent English skills and had experience with cold calling.  Our client's goals were met, and the quality of the meetings was good.

We worked directly with the Adentcom management team and had access to the agents working on the projects.  When needed, we used chat for communication, and when required, we set up virtual meetings.  Every situation was timely resolved.

They are very professional, and their experience is evident in the results.  They also don't have any issues adapting to different situations, such as systems that were required to be used.

Adentcom Contact Center & BPO acts as our call center for our online application process. They conduct Zoom interviews with applicants and assist with data entry for our projects. Their team interviews residents and updates the application information as required.

We needed help facilitating our anonymous reporting services for native Spanish-speaking callers.

What was the scope of work done by Adentcom Contact Center & BPO?

Adentcom Contact Center & BPO took and documented inbound calls in Spanish. Calls were documented on an external web form using proper Spanish grammar and form to be sent to clients for resolution. Calls were complaints in nature.

We worked with two dedicated Spanish-speaking agents.

We found Adentcom Contact Center & BPO through a referral. We chose them because they were willing to customize their process to our business needs. Additionally, their leadership team was easy to communicate with; they were understanding and adaptable.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from mid-2023–mid-2024. The project ended due to no fault of Adentcom Contact Center & BPO.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Adentcom Contact Center & BPO was a wonderful partner. They were flexible and willing to train their staff to accommodate our needs.

How did Adentcom Contact Center & BPO perform from a project management standpoint?

The management team was timely and communicated well. Reports included the number of calls taken, average call handle time, and written report quality. Adentcom Contact Center & BPO used our CRM and phone system, so all metrics and reports were produced by our internal team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciated the communication and transparency from the leadership team and all team members we communicated with. If the team was unsure if they could meet our requests, they let us know upfront before they made any attempts.

No, they were wonderful.
