      S-PRO's team is located in Ukraine, so it's obviously been a challenging year due to the Russian Invasion. However, even with those challenges, we haven't had an operational impact. They're a very reliable partner. Initially, we were planning to have a long-term partnership, but there was a lot of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, S-PRO has proven that they're long-term oriented, which is not always given when working with consulting companies.
