      When I had outliers that were usually "surprises", often Digis would adapt and incorporate in delivery but was always truthful in pushing back if they could not make a desired ask. I pushed them hard, and they responded with incredible work ethic, quality, and delivery. Their forthrightness and honesty in working with me and letting me know if a deliverable was at risk or could not meet my asks rather than just saying "Yes" like most others.
