Dylan and the team were tasked at lifting up the branding of our current site, but keeping in tune with our core themes and colours. They were also asked to improve, throuhg the UX/UI, the customer perception of the company as we are by emphasising key features of the our character. Addtionally, they were tasked with migrating important existing site elements to the new site, and to manage the entire project of the rebuild.

Project phase 1 has just completed so measurable outcomes are yet TBC however initial feedback on the site and overall impressions are excellent both internally and externally.

We contracted Nexus Creative to do a complete overhaul of our website, tidying up the CMS (which was almost unusable) and enhancing the user experience, as well as the over all design of the website.

The new website as designed and built by Nexus Creative is a vast improvement. It is now so clear to add new content blocks and to manage our content, it is also much easier for clients to find relative information regarding pricing and membership options.

We also had an overview of the process thanks to the Kanban view of the project. They were incredibly responsive and delivered the items on time, exactly to guidelines.

After a kick off meeting, they did a lot of knowledge download and spent some time learning about us. They followed with some early concepts and inspiration suggestions to get a better idea of what I was after. Following this, they provided 3 design concepts which allowed us to crystallise the vision even more by combining the best aspects of each design. They then produced the final designs and after some tweaks, they began the build and delivered a stunning product

We have a handful of website designers that we work with but Nexus Creative is always our first choice. Their systematic thorough process and the fact they always delivered above and beyond made them the obvious go-to.

Their team hosted a workshop with the client, and conducted in-depth research uncovering user behaviour, competitor analysis and general user feedback. They then took the time to suggest a more optimal user flow, which was chosen. Then created wireframes and lastly the entire UI in Figma.

The stakeholders on the client side are all over the moon with the design. The user testing shows a far more seamless flow and we are estimating a 3x in conversions.

When we collaborate with other agencies there can be a disconnect but that's never the case with Nexus Creative. They are happy to adapt to our workflow creating a great synergy. We used Asana, Loom and frequent catch-up calls.

We were struggling to come up with a system that simplified customer onboarding. We were also launching two sister companies which needed branding & websites. We hired Nexus Creative to improve our online presence, design & develop our websites, and build the CRM system which would then be integrated into the websites.

After researching and interviewing many different agencies, Nexus Creative was the obvious pick for us. They spent the time to understand our business model and goals, they were able to quickly provide solutions to problems we had been tackling for years.

We kicked off the project with a discovery workshop, this was surprisingly very helpful for us as not only were Nexus able to learn about us, we felt like we had a much clearer understanding of our customers and brand, which helped build consensus internally. With a strategy in place Nexus designed a beautiful prototype, we only had to do 1 revision out of the 3.

It was then developed in Webflow, we had never heard of this platform before but our content managers are chuffed as it’s much easier to manage than WordPress In the second phase the CRM was built in Zoho, this improved our team efficiency tenfold, made our marketing campaigns more intuitive and showed us detailed performance reports. In phase 3 we launched a marketplace that propagated the data from the CRM, we have a unique business model, it was impressive that they could build a system that worked for us.

Our sales cycle is three times shorter, we are converting seven times more website users into leads and our efficiency has allowed us to scale without needing to grow the team.

The entire engagement was professional and helpful, if we had any queries they were quick to get back over Slack. They provided helpful guidance in areas that we hadn’t hired them for and Dylan met with our sales team to explain our new SOP’s.
