I am the CEO of an IT services company.

We needed development outside of my technical area of expertise, so we hired Innowise Group.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project consisted of creating a script that would manage some Azure services. We started off creating documentation, and after that, we had several calls with the manager and the developers in order to better explain what we needed. They used PowerShell as the main technology. 

The script they created takes IP addresses and puts them in the configuration of different Azure resources. The script is used by a team of developers on a daily basis because their IP addresses changes frequently.

We worked with their commercial manager as the main point of contact and two developers.

Innowise Group was a referral by a friend.

We spent about €600 (approximately $700 USD).

What is the status of this engagement? 

It was a quick project; we started working together in December 2022, and it lasted about two weeks in total.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Innowise Group’s work was a significant improvement for us because instead of having each developer spend 10–15 minutes per day doing one process, it now takes a few seconds. Their contribution has been a big time and money gain. 

How did  Innowise Group perform from a project management standpoint?

The budget was discussed beforehand, and Innowise Group respected that. This was a very small project, so communications were very easy between our two teams using Skype. We had a couple of bugs at the beginning of the project, but they were quick to respond and fix them. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

We were impressed with their capability to deal with many different technologies; they are a big company so they have experts in basically everything.

I was honestly very satisfied with their work, and I don’t have any suggestions.

All the members from Innowise Group feel fully integrated with the business. They are part of our engineering team, happy to work with us, fully blended in our development process, and fully sold on our company mission.

High seniority, high proactivity and high work independence and reasonable price. Really great people.

We discarded some candidates based on their comms. Maybe an internal English course to improve the comms skills might be a good thing.
