They then set up a team and work with us. CGTechnologies is also great around resources, time, and completions. Delays rarely happen, and we understand them if they need more time. More often than not, they complete their work on time. Finally, they’re highly dependable; in many situations, they go beyond what we ask from them. They’re truly reliable. Sometimes prices change after they send me the quote, but they stick to their word. If you find another provider with cheaper prices, you can ask GAM Tech to match it or give a lower price and they will do that.

The manager at the time was fairly effective in the first year, but changes made in the second year we felt improved that account management even more so and now we feel Synditech is meeting many of our newer needs and requirements for projects such as Windows Server 2019 upgrades, major Checkpoint version upgrades and management, and WAN improvements in the infrastructure. Synditech continues to assist in annual SOX audits as well. Knowledge of networks and firewall, team is well diversified and understands and helps our other regions on many occasions without cause that it's out of scope, they are always willing to help when we are in an urgent situation. This is what distinguishes them from others.

We’ve confirmed the network is ready and working through speed tests, visual inspection, and team validation and feedback. This is a new site network, and all the equipment has been recommended by NetworkShape to provide a high level of security, speed, and reliability for today and future expansion. We haven’t noticed any issues or challenges with the new network after it was set up; everything has performed as expected.
