10net provides support and maintenance for all digital signage, including Highway Signs, Lane Signs, Ticket Booth Signs, Terminal Information and Wayfinding signage, catering menu boards, vessel informational signage, and AV System support.

Reduction in in-house support costs, quicker time to resolve issues, and consolidated hardware management.

10net continues to meet all deliverables, especially as there are tight timelines for when vessels are in refit and maintenance work can be carried out. 10net is very responsive and available whenever we needed to meet or when we need resources to attend to issues on site.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

10net has a significant amount of knowledge in the digital signage hardware and content space. In addition, 10net has consistently gone above and beyond to assist in the repair of issues with other AV systems where the originally contracted vendor is unable/unwilling to help.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 10net could have done differently?

I am completely satisfied with 10net. There are no major concerns that need to be addressed.
