Milestones were communicated clearly, and when adjustments were needed as inevitably happens in a live environment, they were proactive rather than reactive. Most importantly, they delivered key components when they said they would, which meant we were able to test, refine and roll out on schedule. Their responsiveness was excellent. When we had new requirements or realised we needed the tool to behave slightly differently in practice, they didn’t treat it as an inconvenience. Instead, they listened, challenged where helpful, and worked collaboratively to find solutions that work for our team day-to-day.
