We met every three or so weeks, which suited my schedule best, with their team having time to digest the existing documentation we sent them, and then having time to develop documentation and presentations based on their own research. We had a presentation meeting once a month, where they presented their findings and we'd go through the presentation to discuss anything we felt needed adjusting or better definition. Whenever I had a question or further thoughts post these presentation meetings, I would e-mail my thoughts or concerns to the team and they'd be quick to respond either via e-mail or they jumped on a call to quickly address anything we needed to.
