I am the senior shopper marketing manager for a large FMCG business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lion Creative, and what were your goals?

We require very fast-paced media to be shared with our retailer customers. There are very short deadlines and ever-changing requirements. Lion are our key agency to create this artwork based on our brand guidelines.

How did you select this vendor?

We have worked with multiple agencies in different business units, we came together to share feedback and Lion was key vendor meeting the requirements we needed.

Lion work with us on multiple projects throughout the year. They tend to be more fast-paced 'tweaks' to existing shopper key visuals that the business has developed from our global team. Lion also have supported in creation of videos. Lion are briefed in by multiple members of our team across the business. They then share back artwork in the given deadline over email for review and feedback.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I work directly with the senior account manager, I often work with the director, and also work on invoicing with their finance lead.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lion have created artwork from start to finish for a disney campaign one of our brands. This involved multiple rounds of feedback from the supplier and retailer. Lion created multiple solutions to meet the criteria, all of very high quality.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Lion are incredible at project management. They are extremely responsive at all times of the day, and never miss a deadline. If on the odd occasion they are overloaded they will proactively say this and work with you to prioritize the artworks needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication, friendliness, and organization are impressive. As well as their ability to manage multiple projects at once, their ability to manage very time restricted projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps sometimes the creative team could be more proactive in suggesting better alternatives e.g. if the brief is not very clear/looks strange when created, they could more often suggest what would look better.
