I believe we had meetings twice a week. We tried using Skype, but it’s a bit outdated, so we switched to Zoom for video calls. We used Telegram for messaging and Jira for task management as well. I really enjoyed the personal attention and the way Syntech communicated with us.

The account manager I work with isn’t a technical guy, but for an account manager, he is very, very good. He takes a lot of interest in the project and coordinates very well with the developers. In particular, they’re very straightforward and open about the project’s progress. We can contact them anytime and they will tell us exactly what they’re working on. They’re very good communicators — this gave me a lot of confidence about working with them.
