The only issue we’ve had was due to an internal problem where we failed to correctly forecast the necessary hours for a project. We discussed the situation with Synebo, and they understood. Moreover, Synebo’s team is responsive and raises questions when they don’t understand a task, which we highly value. I believe we had meetings twice a week. We tried using Skype, but it’s a bit outdated, so we switched to Zoom for video calls. We used Telegram for messaging and Jira for task management as well. I really enjoyed the personal attention and the way Syntech communicated with us.

The account manager I work with isn’t a technical guy, but for an account manager, he is very, very good. He takes a lot of interest in the project and coordinates very well with the developers. I talk with him when things are a little more complicated. We used Skype and zipBoard (a task management website for developers). Through that interface, I can ask questions and send messages back-and-forth. They are very communicative. In particular, they’re very straightforward and open about the project’s progress. We can contact them anytime and they will tell us exactly what they’re working on.
