We implmeneted Salesforce for our B2C operations, which is not straightforward for Salesforce. A lot of logic, connectivity to our data warehouse.

We wanted to implement Salesforce for all our customer engagement services: Logistic, Service, Field / Office sales rep's.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to deploy all the solution almost together, using Agile Technic's. we didn't wanted to to much time over full Blue prints, but needed a partner that can assist us with our Agility vision.

CRM Salesforce for all our representative that has customer engagement: Logistic Drivers + sales person's ( field and from office )- we developed the business process and user screens to support them.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Synebo team and Team Leader was absolute agile: the members of the teams needed to work with 5 Project Managers from our side simultaneously.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The ability to understand our needs, and the ability to work without full project blue prints. Always trying to improve project workflow using advance tools and their knowledge. Also they have a very good ideas: when your design isn't complete, they come up with a very good ideas based on their experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As mention- they suggested tools to improve the project management tools.

Synebo delivered great quality work. They asked the right question in order really understand the challenges and then suggested the best approach.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I like the fact that I have a project manager I interact with. If there needed to be further clarification, the developer joint the call to make sure we are all on the same page and to discuss potential trade-offs.
