World Performance Group is a boutique customer service partner based in Bucharest, serving clients around the world.

We work with organisations that take customer service seriously and want an operator's read on what's actually happening in their operation - not a benchmark deck, not a maturity model, an honest read. Our practice sits on four pillars: managed customer service delivery on the client's own tools, with our team, multi-market where needed; methodology - the operational thinking that makes delivery consistent regardless of who's running it; diagnostics, from a free 12-point Health Check to a full CS Operating System; and a new AI-supported platform launching in September 2026.

We stay boutique by choice. Customer-centric work doesn't survive volume management, and every signal of scale a company puts out is a signal that it's shifted from managing customers to managing volume. The standard has to hold at fifty clients, at two hundred, at five hundred. So we suppress the signals of growth, on purpose.

WPG has been in customer service since 2012. The shape of the practice has changed over that time - from a multilingual contact centre operation into the boutique partner it is now — but the standard hasn't. The entity's 2018 ECCCSA Bronze, awarded as top-3 small contact centre in Europe from over 5,000 companies across 19 countries, sits under this same operating history.
