Scope of Work

Daniel is responsible for managing dispatch-related activities, including scheduling and coordinating appointments between customers and field personnel such as installers and technicians. He communicates with customers regarding appointment availability, scheduling changes, arrival expectations, and other service-related matters. In addition to dispatch responsibilities, Daniel receives and handles incoming customer calls. He assists customers with questions, concerns, scheduling issues, and service-related problems, working to resolve matters independently whenever they fall within his authorized scope. When an issue requires additional assistance or approval, he identifies the appropriate person or department and facilitates proper escalation.

Key Deliverables

• Appointment Scheduling & Coordination: Book, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments between customers, installers, and technicians. 
• Dispatch Support: Maintain effective communication with field personnel and customers to help keep scheduled service visits organized and on track. 
• Customer Communication: Contact customers as needed regarding appointments, technician or installer visits, scheduling updates, and service-related information. 
• Inbound Customer Support: Answer customer calls professionally, identify the nature of the customer's concern, and provide appropriate assistance. 
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns within his level of authority while providing accurate information and practical solutions. 
• Escalation Management: Recognize issues requiring management, technical, or departmental involvement and escalate them appropriately with sufficient information for follow-up. 
• Schedule Management: Help minimize scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, and communication gaps between customers and field teams. 
• Customer Service Quality: Maintain professional, courteous, and helpful communication that contributes to a positive customer experience. 
• Internal Coordination: Serve as a communication bridge between customers, dispatch operations, technicians, installers, and other members of the Home Upgrade Specialist team. 
• Follow-Up & Accountability: Assist with necessary follow-ups to ensure customer requests and appointment-related matters are properly addressed and brought toward resolution. 

Overall, Daniel’s key responsibility is to help maintain an efficient flow of communication and scheduling between the company’s customers and field teams while providing responsive and professional customer service.
