Audio Tour is the newest crowdsourced content curation platform built for international travelers. Our innovative startup enhances the traveler experience using proprietary location based 'geofenced' technology. By allowing users to curate detailed information and visuals regarding landmarks, Audio Tour connects influencers and historians with travelers who seek information (in many languages) about these popular worldwide destinations. I am the Technical Manager at Audio Tour.

SYNERGY COnsulting was hired to design the UI and UX for both operating systems with a modern look.

What were your goals for this project?

The primary goal was to complete the desired task in the most professional manner.

Selecting the vendor was the most difficult job and we had to contact a number of professionals before we landed at SYNERGY.

Describe the project in detail.

The SYNERGY team designed a U/I and U/X for both operating systems with a simple but modern look. SYNERGY successfully engineered and built a simple yet easy to use product built with scalable technologies to support the consumption of either 200 or 200k audio & video tours instantly. The founding team successfully launched their beta program to provide important metrics to present to international investors

We had a team of five individuals working with us and providing quality services as per our needs.

We got outstanding results and have performed even better than our expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our experience with SYNERGY has been phenomenal and they were able to meet our requirements in the specified time period. The entire project was handled according to the criteria and rules of project management which made it all very smooth.

A number of characteristics including their timely response, the ability to deliver beyond expectations, and professional behavior were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Our project was smooth as silk, so we don’t think there is any room for improvement.
