What was the scope of their involvement?

Spectrum BPO manages our Amazon account and provides customer service. Additionally, they optimize our product listings and run PPC campaigns. They’re constantly improving the titles, designs, and descriptions of our product listings. The team changes the keywords every day to increase their visibility.

They’ve done a great job of managing our Amazon store. Thanks to Spectrum BPO’s efforts, we’ve seen a 100% increase in sales.

The team is very organized. We use Slack and Zoom to communicate, and they’re very good at taking notes of our discussions.
