Spectrum manages my PPC advertising on Amazon for 4 products (9 ASINs total) and has helped to optimize my listings. They have designed A+ content for each of my listings and redesigned my storefront. Every month, I receive an advertising report from my account manager. Our work group communicates through a WhatsApp group and through email.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My ACOS for my PPC campaigns were overall quite high. Spectrum has brought down and will continue to bring down the ACOS to an acceptable number to make a profit. It started on average around 71% and has dropped to around 53% over the last 2 months. My team is optimizing daily and starting and stopping new campaigns as needed. The month before hiring Spectrum, I spent about $4800 on PPC. The last 30 days I have only spent $3300.

The project is ongoing. They have not yet completed the reduction of the ACOS. They have delivered design content promptly and on time. They were receptive to feedback and the changes I wanted to make.

The communication is good. I hear from them usually 4-5 per week. I like the realtime communication through WhatsApp.

I’m not sure yet, as we have not completed the objectives completely yet. Perhaps the graphic team can check the copy more closely before sending to clients since there was some repeated content. I appreciated that they drew from what was in the listing though.

Spectrum BPO has been so invaluable to the beginning of our business - they helped me with my product listing photos, listing optimization, inventory management - they helped get my business off the ground. After a few months, I am amazed at how smoothly things have been going. We are on the front page of many of our targeted keywords and our sales have been consistent, and increasing with time. Whenever I have a question, Talha is always so thorough in his response. He is highly skilled and knowledgable and is always taking the time to make sure that I understand the answers to my questions. 

I don't know where I would be without Spectrum BPO in my corner - it has been such a tremendous weight off my shoulders, and I sleep easier at night knowing I have them as a partner in my business.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are consistently moving up in our keywords. Our PPC cost has been very manageable, and sales have been steadily increasing every week. Our listing optimization was done very well - we are very easy to find with the keywords we are targeting. Amazon lost 147 units of my inventory and Talha is handling all communications to get my money back, he has also resolved two other issues on my account within 24 hours (such as an account risk of deactivation). He has helped me get more reviews for my product, and made an ad with a video I made to increase sales.

I am aware of Talha's work hours, so if I have questions during his off-hours, he always answers them at the start of his day. He answers each question carefully, and always makes sure I understand the sometimes complicated answers. If I need more help understanding, he schedules a call with me and shares his screen so I understand. I've needed a lot of help understanding how they run PPC, but his guidance has made me feel very at ease with the whole process - he always lets me know exactly what we are going to spend, how that money is being used, and what campaigns they are running and testing. 

I feel fully involved in everything and have not had any issues with them as a partner in my business. I am thoroughly pleased with the growth of our business.

I am thoroughly impressed with their knowledge of all things Amazon. If I call Amazon to get answers, I very rarely get someone who actually understands the ins and outs of seller central. I think it's impressive that Spectrum BPO is skilled in all the operations and the layers of managing a business on Amazon, and not only that, but they are always staying on top of all the changes that are happening with Amazon as well - since its an ever-changing platform. I definitely feel like I can trust all their knowledge and it makes me sleep easier at night, knowing they have things handled.

I was not completely happy with their first attempt at graphic design, but once I gave them all my suggestions and edits, they completely delivered on everything, and kept working on the graphic design until it was exactly how I wanted it - which I appreciated.
