Michael has been phenomenal; I can’t imagine not having his help. He has been the backbone of my business, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the business flows in a timely manner. Since working with MyOutDesk, we’ve seen an increase in the number of appointments being booked, the number of clients assisted, and sales, which have increased by 127%. Everything is tracked on my CRM system.

He has handled almost all tasks relating to our payroll and billing, including processing, editing and submitting invoices for payment.  He also handles all the individual shifts in regards to submitting payroll each week.  He does this with a deadline and does his job very efficiently.
