Develop the funnel, creating interface with ManyChat and social media sites, creating landing pages, order forms, deliverables, CRM, autoresponders, ai generated copy (utterly worthless and distracting).
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Absolutely nothing. Months of delay. Mistake after mistake in edits they promised were reviewed and corrected. AI generated copy that was way off base needing more time to correct. My time was wasted on endless corrections of their mistakes. They promised the entire infrastructure would be complete in a month or less. That was over 3 months ago. Very scant communication so I never knew where we were in the process. Then, they would make bold declarations that everything was done, only to find the the funnel was constructed incorrectly, led to dead ends, with wildy inaccurate copy making enormously more time drain for me. I could not be more dissatisfied. Worse, was there tendency to blame instrad of problem solve and communicate. No stars.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The team missed deadline after deadline. When they declared they met a deadline, the product would be flawed in the structure of the funnel, the copy, the links. Pretty much everything. Instead of problem solving communications, they would simply say, "working on it" or something to that effect and not let me in on what they were actually doing. Enormously unprofessional communication made owrse by their not reading my inputs on "Basecamp" the messaging site. TWO MONTHS AFTER EXPLAINING IN GREAT DETAIL THE FUNNEL, the team leader had fundamental misunderstandings of the funnel sequences. When I voiced my needs, I was told to not panic or I was told the problems were my fault. There were a few weeks where I was tending to my son who needs a heart transplant, but I spent most of my time correcting their mistakes or trying to generate copy to replace the ai generated nonsense they were using.
