Since its formation in 1989, Kestral has been a pioneer in defence and security sector consulting. From our 10 strategically located offices, we provide logistics, procurement, engineering, consultancy and after-sales support services. Group operations also include architecture, construction, and engineering services.

Additionally, our team can advise on international government contracts, funding cycles, regulations, tenders and decision-making. With over 200 successfully completed projects, specialists who oversee the supply and support in the field of defense.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

The project relates to capacity building of irrigation department of a province of Punjab in Pakistan. The project includes construction work, supply and configuration of IT and non It products and training of end user on these systems.

Intelligent Solution provided Project Plan with Work Breakdown structures, development execution of project plan in consultation with my company, data entry of all project related data and supplying of temporary project staff.

Intelligent Solutions also provided their support in providing draft of letters in response to client queries while ensuring our company compliance to various contractual commitments.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed within the time frame allocated by the client and within the cost estimates originally calculated. Also all the project related data was stored and shared with the client due to very effective data entry operation

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I must say the relationship was smooth and effective. At some instances Intelligent Solutions responded to our requirement after office hours and within very tight deadlines

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about them was their meticulous project management capabilities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes their draft of response to client queries seems to be blunt although factually correct. A more diplomatic draft in response to client queries might had a positive effect on relationship with the client. I have to manage this aspect of the project
