I’m the operations head at Mesdac Solutions, a web and mobile development and digital and social media marketing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with India Data Entry Services?

One of our customers is a Samsung dealer with an e-commerce platform with thousands of products listed on their site. We brought on India Data Entry Services to help us with cataloging. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

India Data Entry Services is cataloging our customer’s products — they’re locating product images, writing descriptions, and entering product details into the website we’ve developed. Our customer provides the list of products they want to integrate into the website, which can be 100–200 products per day. Once India Data Entry Services catalogs the products, they’ll relay the information to my team to upload to the website.

Ravinder (CEO & Director) is my main point of contact. 

How did you come to work with India Data Entry Services?

My colleague referred India Data Entry Services to me, but I believe he found them on Google. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’m not sure exactly how much we’re spending with India Data Entry Services because our accounting department handles all of that. However, I believe we’ve spent $5,000–$10,000 over our partnership, although it may be more. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement with India Data Entry Services began in September 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

India Data Entry Services’ work is excellent — we won’t be looking for another vendor. I’m very satisfied with them because they’re very accurate. We’re comfortable with our partnership. Even our customer is very happy. 

How did India Data Entry Services perform from a project management standpoint?

I communicate with India Data Entry Services through emails and WhatsApp. Cataloging is quite tedious, and it used to take many days. Usually, we’d expect the process to take 5–6 days, but India Data Entry Services delivers within 2–3 days. They’re very committed to their work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

India Data Entry Services’ commitment to their work and the quality of their deliverables are excellent.

I have nothing for India Data Entry Services to improve.

We got their reference through one of my friend and due to the professionalism in dealing with me, we decided to go with them.

All their works were of very high quality and if there were any corrections required they were ready to do it at the earliest.

We had a single point of contact and he was completely handling the project and it was very easy for us.

They are very flexible. Their timely delivery of work and quick responses to the requirements were impressive.
