I’m the customer experience (CX) lead at a loans and investments company.

We were trying to improve our interaction with our clients as we were not able to attend as many customer calls as we needed. We hired Hi-Deas to support us with outsourced call center services.

We work with another company that has a call center; however, they are based abroad, so they couldn’t offer us a local phone number. They were the ones who recommended Hi-Deas to us, and that is how we first got in touch with them.

How much have you invested in them?

We have invested less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in February 2021, and it is an ongoing project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They are very quick and available to respond to any request right away. As for our results, I am not able to disclose them at the moment.

How did Hi-Deas Expedient Solutions Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very good. I’m constantly in touch with the business manager, and he always keeps me updated about everything that is going on. We communicate mainly via email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Compared to other companies we’ve worked with before, we’ve been able to get more data from Hi-Dears. As for any fintech company, data is very important in knowing the exact number of rejected versus processes calls and other information.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you need good customer service with precise numbers, they are a good fit.
