Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired Corposhore Solutions for a strategy and transformation project to help improve efficiency within the FP&A team. In the first phase of the project, Corpshore ran a series of stakeholder interviews and reviewed our IT infrastructure, delivering a presentation to the leadership team outlining the key challenges the team was facing as well as proposed solutions. Upon approval from the LT, Corpshore oversaw the implementation of two new software solutions and delivered training sessions to FP&A team members as part of stage two. In the final stage, Corpshore delivered a series of presentations on enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and provided an action plan with timelines and new metrics to track moving forward.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Timely delivery of or annual and quarterly busienss plan revenue and OPEX forecasts with fewer resource-draining frictions.

Less time spent by the team on routine tasks such as data extraction and report creation.

Easier to track and monitor project status, key documents associated with each project as well as their historical version all housed in one platform (no data losses).

For projects requiring cross-functional collaboration: easier to drive accountability among all project teamemenrs and ensure alignment on timelines and key deliverables.

Excellent communication by phone and email - they always responded to my queries the same day and were available to meet over Teams whenever I requested. All items were delivered in accordance with timelines specified at the beginning of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to quickly grasp our business model, understand our paint points as well as our needs, and propose thoughtful solutions despite not being a pharma-focused consultancy. Their work was on par and in many ways better than larger, more expensive service providers I have hired in the past.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Corpshore Solutions could have done differently?

A small point: they could have provided the FP&A leads with a few more practical recommendations for handling objection to change from our direct reports (though this wasn't explicitly part of the ask).
