BPOSeats provides seat leasing and serviced offices in the Philippines for companies based overseas. We have over 14,000 seats across Cebu, Mandaue, Pampanga, and Alabang, and we have been doing this since 2014.

Here is how it works. You bring the team and manage the work. We provide the workstation, computer, dual fiber internet, backup power, air conditioning, IT support, security, and 24/7 access. Your office belongs to your company alone. We do not put you on a shared floor with other businesses.

If you do not have a registered company in the Philippines, we can employ your staff for you through our Employer of Record service, so you can hire here without setting up a legal entity. We can also help you recruit, and you make the hiring decisions.

We work with businesses in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand. Most need between 10 and 50 seats, though we start at 4 and go up as high as needed. Our clients typically run customer support, technical support, back office, sales, or admin teams among others.

We are a good fit if you want your own office and your own people in the Philippines, with the building and infrastructure handled for you. We are not a managed BPO, so if you want another company to run the work itself, we are not the right choice, although we can assist with this.
