We’re rather dependent on them because they have such a robust understanding of our CRM platform. It would be hard to replicate that partnership elsewhere. At this stage in the game, they’re so knowledgeable about our organization. I can throw business requirements at them and they come up with solutions that suit our company well.
It starts at the top and Dan is committed to his team and his partners' success. Ha is also fantastic and knows our platform in and out. There used to be delays with certain requests but we moved to a more dedicated support model and that has helped.
Communicate your needs and goals. I don’t micromanage them because they’re creative, intuitive, and knowledgeable in their field. There have been very few times that I’ve had to send work back to them for modifications.
Their knowledge of Magento and Wordpress has been key. They stay on track and, by doing so, keep us focused as well. They understand our business and are able to suggest areas of improvement that we did not see.
