      Flexibility around the training and designing of the website, which allowed me to receive hands on training to learn to manage these features in the future on my own; while also completing any backend website work that would have been out of my work scope. Throughout the entire process they were cognescent of my timeline needs and worked with me to ensure we had everything up and running on time. When I approchaed them I was in a bit of a time crunch, which caused some panic. However, they were excellent in working with me at the pace I needed to get everything accomplished.
